Contracting parties

These terms and conditions govern the contract between Woodbine Guesthouse (Kilani Limited - registered office 37 Stanmore Hill, Stanmore, HA7 3DS - registered number 5061462) and you, the guest.

Availability and Pricing

Availability of rooms at the rates shown may be limited and/or restricted to certain periods. All prices include breakfast. Prices are subject to change without notice, however, your price is guaranteed once you have received confirmation.

Deposit and Payment

To secure your reservation, a credit or debit card details are required at the time of booking.

If staying for 1 night, we ask for full payment at the time of booking.

If staying for 2 nights or more, we require the cost of the first night’s accommodation as a deposit.

Final accounts must be settled on the day of arrival to the Guesthouse. We accept payments by major credit and debit cards, (with exception of Diners) cash or cheques supported by a valid cheque guarantee card.

Cancellation and Refund policy

We need 7 clear days written advance notice of any cancellation. If shorter or no notice is given we will charge your credit card in full. If however, the room is re-let to another customer we will only charge for any shortfall. Every reasonable effort is made to re-let the room in the event of a short notice cancellation. We recommend that guests take out travel/cancellation insurance.

Whilst every effort is made to fulfil, your requests, unfortunately we cannot guarantee these and failure to do so will not constitute a breach of contract. In the unlikely event that we have to change or cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to do so. However, you have the right to accept the changed arrangements as notified or cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of monies paid.

Check in/out times

We are closed from 1pm - 5pm (13:00 - 17:00).

Checking in times are from 11am - 1pm and after that from 5pm - 11pm (11:00 - 13:00 and 17:00 - 23:00).

Immediate occupancy of the rooms cannot be guaranteed before 1pm on the day of arrival. However, you can leave your luggage in the house. Please let us know at the time of booking which is your preferred time of arrival, slot 1 or slot 2.

Guests must vacate the rooms by 10.00 am on the day of departure.


Car parking

Car parking is free but there is limited availability and this facility is provided at the car owners’ risk. For further information on parking availability please contact us.
No smoking

Woodbine guesthouse is strictly a non smoking establishment. Should you choose to ignore this policy, you will be asked to leave and charged in full for your entire stay plus an additional £100 for the cost of cleaning the room. Payment will be taken from the card used to secure the booking.

No pets

We regret that we are unable to accommodate any pets.

Complaints and Comments

Any complaint or comment regarding your stay should be made to the us at the time of the visit so that it can be resolved on the spot.

Damages

To maintain the our high standards, rooms are checked following your departure. The cardholder is deemed to be responsible for their actions and those of any of their party. Woodbine Guesthouse reserves the right to replace, with new and charge your credit card or invoice you for any theft of or damage caused to the property during your stay. We will provide you with full breakdown of any such charges which may include loss of business, cleaning and administration fee to recover our costs.

General Information


Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information provided, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions, and reserve the right to vary, amend or cancel any of the information should we find such alterations necessary.

Woodbine Guesthouse cannot be held responsible for events beyond its control or the control of its suppliers (such as fire, strikes, industrial action, technical problems with transport and bad weather), nor for any cancellation or change to any accommodation, activity or itinerary, which is caused as a result of such events.

Woodbine Guesthouse does not take responsibility for any loss of valuables and damages to guest property and any direct, indirect or consequential losses suffered by you, other than death or personal injury resulting from a negligent act or omission by Woodbine guesthouse. If you have valuable items please discuss this with us on arrival. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Woodbine Guesthouse reserves the right to alter its published rates and Terms & Conditions if necessary and without notice.

You are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions by reserving a room.
